WHAT SHIPPING METHOD ARE AVAILABLE?

Orders are shipped via UPS. Available UPS services for your area are automatically listed in your cart when you enter your state and zip. This is verified during checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently shipping to U.S. and Canada. However, if you are international and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at (855) 542-4483. We will do everything we can to get an HB Hive to you!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

As of January 1, 2017 our lead time is 3-weeks after order processing. Then delivery is dependent on where you live and what UPS service you select. If you need your hive or feeder for a specific deadline, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Unopened, damaged or defective products purchased directly from HB Hive Company may be returned up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund of purchased price (proof of purchase must be provided). Simply call or email us for a return authorization and further instructions. Items that have been used (in contact with bees or honey) cannot be returned.
